How to Submit, View, or Modify a Mobile Consult Request in CorridorVet
Submit a Mobile Consult Request
Select Mobile Consult from the lower-left toolbar. [If you do not have this option, reach out to SSVI on CV chat or text]
Complete all required fields.
If an appointment is already scheduled, open the Schedule dropdown and select the planned visit date.
If an appointment has not yet been scheduled, skip this step.
If the desired appointment day does not match what is shown on the schedule, skip this step.
Click Consult, then select:
Reporting Organization: South Sound Veterinary Imaging
Priority: Mobile
Expected Number of Images: Unknown
Complete the mobile scheduling questions.
Request (or save):
Request: Click the purple request button to submit the consultation (if the request button is grayed out, confirm all required fields selected).
Save: If you are NOT ready to submit the case for mobile scheduling. NOTE: this will save the case under your "needs attention" we will NOT be able to see this case until requested.
If unscheduled at time of request submission: The SSVI team will reach out to you within two business days of receiving the request via CorridorVet Chat to discuss scheduling options. (This will also generate an email notification to your inbox).

View Scheduled Mobile Consultations
Select Schedule (clock icon) from the left toolbar to open the calendar. Choose a date to view the mobile consultations scheduled for that day.
Calendar Color Guide:
Green: Report is complete
Orange: Images have been received
Gray: Request received and scheduled
Edit, Reschedule, Duplicate, or Delete a Request
Locate the patient in the left toolbar:
Scheduled: The consultation has an assigned appointment date.
Unscheduled: No appointment date has been assigned to the case.
Use the action icons next to the patient’s name to manage the request. Hover over any icon to see its function.
Pencil: Edit patient information
Clock: Schedule or reschedule the appointment
Double Paper: Duplicate the request
Clipboard: Edit the consultation request, including the clinical history, approvals, and other submitted information
Trash Can: Delete the request
