Online cardiology booking is temporarily unavailable while we make improvements to our scheduling system.

In the meantime, please text us at 360-523-2650 to request an appointment. Include:

  • Your name

  • Your pet’s name, age, and breed

  • A brief description of why your pet needs to see a cardiologist

A member of our team will reply with our next available appointments and a link to the scheduling form, which is also available below on this page.

Once you have an appointment time and date, please fill out the intake form below. You will receive an email with instructions for the day of the appointment and payment link to leave a $200 deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are refundable 48 hours prior to the appointment.
